I officially started LHM Health & Fitness part time back in 2019 and since then I have developed it into a thriving small local business that I run full time.
What I now offer the Whetstone community and beyond is the chance to optimise your fitness, food, wellbeing and overall health.
I know that living and working in London can be hectic but working on your health doesn't need to be.
Instead, I prefer to practice delayed gratification, favouring working on longer term, sustainable health goals, and I encourage those around me to do the same.
If that sounds like the sort of pace that you prefer, read on.
Exercise: I focus on improving and maintaining strength. You can build your strength and fitness at my fitness classes in Whetstone, or with me online.
Food: I know that the fundamental for a healthy body is a great diet. You can develop improve your food habits and reduce your sugar intake with me throughout the year.
Wellbeing: From mindset to wellness and outlook, creating and practicing great daily habits is often the missing link in a healthier life. You can create, implement and practice healthy habits with me in groups that I run regularly.
