Monday 11th Aug 12pm in Whetstone - Health Mixtape - fitness aimed at retired members of the community.

Monday 11th Aug 7pm *online* - Strength & Fitness Pilates Mix - via zoom, focusing on: upper body, lower body, core and back strength, flexibility and mobility. Equipment: dumbbells and a mat.

Wednesday 13th Aug 11.30am in Whetstone - Health Strength & Stretch - strength and stretch aimed at retired members of the community.

Wednesday 13th Aug 7.30pm in Whetstone - Summer Workout - full body using dumbbells and kettlebells, focusing on: upper body, lower body, core and back strength.
