If you want to ‘tone up’, burn body fat and build muscle mass then this is the perfect class for you.

45 minutes of low impact, low intensity resistance training using kettlebells and dumbbells with a dedicated mat/floor section.

Build upper body, lower body and core strength.

The class starts with a warm up and ends with a relaxing full body stretch.

Pay as you go, £11 per session.

Weights are available to use on request.

Booking is essential.
