5 Ways to Reduce Tiredness
Do you often feel sluggish and tired throughout the day, when you're hungry or even after a meal?
You may also experience headaches, dizziness and poor concentration.
These are signs that you may need to reduce your sugar intake!
Here are a few changes you can make right now to help reverse those tired, sluggish feelings:
Go for a walk after every meal - even for just 10 minutes.
Drink more water - adequate hydration can really help.
Cut out the snacks - focus instead on protein rich meals.
Reduce your eating window - if your first meal of the day is at 8am can you eat your final meal/snack by 8pm or earlier?
Add exercise in to your life - regular, structured exercise can be a game changer for managing blood sugar levels. (Here’s a free at-home workout)
That's 5 easy changes you can make right now, none of which involve reducing your sugar intake but all of them will help you reduce your blood glucose levels.
