Do you want to shape up for summer?

Do you work better in a group than when left to your own devices?

Join my Summer Shape-Up and track all aspects of your day to day life to become more aware of and improve your current habits, with a friendly and like-minded group of people.

Focus on a period of weight loss/consistency before the summer, coupling it with movement and exercise to reach your goals, or simply use this group to get yourself 'back on track'.

Includes:

  • tracking daily steps

  • tracking daily calories or meals or portions

  • tracking weekly workouts

  • weekly weigh ins, if weight loss is your goal

  • sleep, screen time, stress reduction if those are your goals

  • plus more, led by the needs of the group

Participant activity is required (ie posting stats) daily or multiple times weekly to help keep the group motivated and accountable throughout the 10 weeks.

27th April to 4th July.

It doesn't matter if you have an event during that time, as the group will help you prepare for and get back on track after your holiday or celebration.
