You will get unlimited access to a range of classes, all of different lengths and disciplines.
If you join the group before 24th July there will already be 4 classes for you to get started with, and more will be shared within the group from 24th July.
Class disciplines: weights, stretch and mobility, Fitness Pilates & full body conditioning. Most classes include core strengthening to help you focus on your midsection.

๐ Key nutrients for menopausal women in food
