Sick of New Year Resolutions?
Would you prefer to ease yourself in to a healthier New Year at a pace that suits you?
Do you want to focus on developing longer term discipline with your health and fitness?
New year resolutions, diets and training plans don’t really suit me, I never really stick to them and am pretty sure that I can’t be alone in thinking like this.
Instead, in order to keep healthy I prefer to work on a series of smaller, more achievable habits that I lean on when I want to get results, and ease back on when it’s time to take some time out.
If my way of working on your self care suits you too, join me in January for 8 weeks of self improvement, focus and self development so you can enter March feeling confident, vibrant, in control and 10 steps ahead of everyone else as we enter the beginning of Spring.
I will provide you with a structured approach to moving out of the Christmas and New Year holidays and guide you through the coldest and traditionally the most demotivating part of the year with my simple and achievable weekly habits.
