I have been creating a range of classes aimed at beginners so you can get fitter and stronger from home with an achievable class that doesn’t use any equipment, or a mat.

In this class you will:

  • Remain standing, using a chair for support if required

  • Get fitter

  • Increase your strength

  • Improve your mobility

This is suitable for beginners of all ages that are able to move fairly freely, but who find activity tiring.

If you repeat this class regularly your fitness will improve, making daily tasks easier and you’ll have more energy.

There are 3 clear sections in the class, so you could complete shorter workouts if you want to do so.

60 minutes, no equipment needed.

You will have unlimited access to this class.
