Reduce your sugar intake with Tina and a group of friendly, like-minded people who are all working to reduce sugar for a healthier life.
It’s 11 years since I stopped eating sugar and it changed my life.
I ate sugar at breakfast, mid morning, after lunch, mid afternoon and after dinner.
I always looked forward to my next sweet treat, and on most days I couldn’t wait so I simply ate some right now, as I always had something available if I fancied it.
I was always ill, always tired, always bloated.
I had awful digestion, atrocious headaches and migraines, itchy and blotchy skin and thinning hair.
Most days it felt like I was wading through treacle.
In October 2014 I quit sugar cold turkey.
Looking back, I still cannot believe the profound change that had on my day to day life.
It was as though weights had been lifted from my back and chains removed from my ankles.
I felt as though someone had injected clarity directly into my brain.
I finally 'woke up' not knowing I had been asleep for the whole of my adult life!
All from cutting out sugar!
Join me for my Autumn coaching group so you can start to reduce your sugar intake - or go ‘cold turkey, if you want to - and begin to heal your body just like I did over a decade ago.
I am here to hold your hand all the way through your journey using my lived experience and knowledge in the area to help you get the results you want or need.
What we’ll cover:
Why reduce sugar?
What to eat and what to avoid.
Self sabotage and assisted sabotage - what that it is and how to deal with it.
Self perception - what you believe about yourself and your ability to do 'hard things'
Thinking longer term: goal setting, planning and preparation.
The group includes a copy of my 10 Day Quit Sugar Programme, and participants are encouraged (but not forced) to take part in a 'follow along' where we all complete the programme and quit sugar completely for 10 days, all at the same time (me included) with day 1 of the 10 days planned as Wednesday 1st October.
The group will serve as motivation and accountability and participants can check in with each other as much as each individual wants to.
We will prepare ourselves fully for the 10 days by following the programme’s step by step suggestions.
By the end you will:

🎯 Reduce bloating in your body and face
🎯 Feel lighter and brighter
🎯 Improve your energy levels
🎯 Kill the cravings
🎯 Experience what sugar freedom feels like
All participants will be welcome to remain in the WhatsApp group for as long as they wish after the follow along is over as the 10 Day Quit Sugar Programme can be completed at any time and repeated as often as is required.
