Have you had enough of feeling reliant on sugar?

Are you ready to feel more in control, organised, reduce sugar and improve your relationship with food?

Join me for five days of focus without overwhelm, without dieting and without overhauling your life.

I will send a daily voice note covering:

  • an easy way you can start to reduce sugar

  • ways to identify that you would benefit from reducing sugar

  • how your body will benefit from reducing sugar

You'll be able to save the voice notes so you can listen back at any time, so if you're not ready to start just yet then you can save the messages for the future.

By the end you’ll understand what it is you need to do to start breaking up with unhealthy sugar habits and to begin adding in some achievable healthy habits instead.

I gave up sugar 10 years ago and I'll let you into a little secret - I didn't give up sugar once and that was it.

I have given up sugar multiple times, I really do know what you need to do to reduce your sugar intake.

I know that changing and avoiding a beloved part of the day, maybe even a daily ritual is daunting, emotional and HARD.

That's why it's a simple 5 day group where I'm there on hand for you.

We start on Monday 19th May so you can reduce sugar and feel fantastic ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

This group might not suit you right now, or perhaps you don't want to join alone so please do let a friend or family member know, especially if they are type 2 diabetic, pre-diabetic or hold a lot of weight around the middle.
