Designed to define your curves, get you stronger, tone up, build muscle, improve your balance and posture and work on your core strength and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

An ideal class for women who want to get strong without jumping around or high impact moves.

You’ll reduce aches and pains and improve mental cognition.

10am - Mixtape - £12

A unique full body workout that you will not experience anywhere else.

Fantastic music, resistance and core training are combined with cardio and Pilates in a fun and friendly workout designed to strengthen your whole body. 

Using light weights and high repetition you’ll build core strength, improve your muscle tone, stamina, flexibility and overall strength & fitness.

This is a medium intensity workout suitable for all abilities.

This class ends with a relaxing full body stretch.

Weights are available to use on request.
