  • A monthly 20 minute phone/zoom call with me so I can help you establish and stick to your goals.

  • Unlimited access to over 15 different workouts of different lengths and disciplines. You will be able to access these workouts whenever and wherever you choose.

  • Access to an accountability group where I will check in with you, reminding you to keep active. You will be able to interact with me and others in the group to remain accountable should you wish to.

  • Food and recipe ideas from my own library of low sugar, gluten free meals and snacks.

  • My Low Sugar Meals recipe book to help you plan your nutrition.

  • A meal planner for you to fill in and plan your week.
