A monthly 20 minute phone/zoom call with me so I can help you establish and stick to your goals.
Unlimited access to over 15 different workouts of different lengths and disciplines. You will be able to access these workouts whenever and wherever you choose.
Access to an accountability group where I will check in with you, reminding you to keep active. You will be able to interact with me and others in the group to remain accountable should you wish to.
