A: No, they are achievable but challenging. Most people will be able to complete them.
Q: Can I use my phone?
A: Yes, if you can see what I am doing on screen then a phone is fine, or you can use a tablet, a laptop or even stream the classes on to your TV.
Q: Do I need any equipment?
A: You will sometimes need a mat, and some of the classes involve a cushion or dumbbells but you can use small bottles of water instead.
Q: Do you remain standing in the class or will we lie down?
A: The majority of classes are standing only, but over time I may add some in other positions to help participants get used to it.
Q: What happens if I don’t want to continue?
