NEW Fitness Pilates 6 Week Course

Fitness Pilates with Weights on TUESDAYS 9.15am

There is already an established Thursday group that has been active for over a year now, it’s so popular that it’s almost always fully booked.

So this September I’m trialing a Tuesday morning 9.15-10.15am so more people can benefit from this unique and effective course.

The course is designed to build all over strength including in your deep core, and as we use weights on each limb many of the moves mimic a reformer Pilates session.

It is a low impact, low intensity session that works your entire body.

You will:

🩷 Get stronger

🩷 Improve your core and back strength

🩷 Improve your balance

🩷 Feel more flexible and reduce aches and pains

Location: All Saints' Church Hall, Oakleigh Road North N20 9EZ - there is plenty of free parking

The course will be priced at £125 with an exclusive early bird rate of £109

Participants will get:

🩷 6 x 60 min sessions in Whetstone

🩷 ⁠unlimited access to 3 x prerecorded classes for the duration of the course

⁠🩷 a weekly email containing women’s wellness tips and advice

🩷 ⁠a resource pack containing a shopping list, meal planner and some recipes too
