Every week I teach live 30 minute classes for busy people.
I know that it can be difficult to find time for a longer workout so my 30 minute classes are peppered throughout the week to help you slot in a workout at a time that suits you.
FITNESS CLASSES IN WHETSTONE
Shorter classes are designed for people that are tight for time or are new to exercise.
Saturday 9.30-10.00am - Fitness Pilates Intervals
Designed to define your curves, get you stronger, tone up, build muscle, improve your balance and posture and work on your core strength and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
£9.50 per class.
ONLINE SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
If you want the outcomes of personal training at a budget that suits you then join me online on Saturday mornings for STRONG - my online small group training.
Designed to build strength and muscle mass, this session is perfect for people who are confident with using weights.
This session is proven to get results and will leave you feeling euphoric for the day ahead.
Saturdays 8.15-8.45am - INFO
£16 per session, 5 participants max.
Delivered via zoom.
You will need a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells and a mat.
