Kettlebell Workshop
Kettlebells are an incredibly versatile piece of equipment, combining strength, cardio, and mobility all at once.
Kettlebells improve functional strength, explosive power, cardiovascular health, and increase grip strength.

We use kettlebells throughout the week in my fitness classes in Whetstone, but don't really get the chance to focus solely on the kettlebell alone so this is the perfect opportunity to do just that!
My Kettlebell Workshop is designed to introduce kettlebells to those that have never used them, and to give everyone else the chance to develop their current kettlebell skills.
As this is a workshop and not a traditional class, it’s slightly longer at 75mins.
This provides extra time to learn new moves, try them out and take short rests in between while I explain the next moves.
What we’ll cover:
Using the kettlebell safely
Kettlebell swings
Kettlebell windmills
Kettlebell flows
Functional movement from the mat to standing
Ways to maximise your core strength using a kettlebell
By the end, you will feel more confident in your use of the humble kettlebell so you can get the most out of your future workouts with me, in the gym or at home.
Please do not wear any wrist bracelets/watches for this class for your comfort and to avoid the chance of damage.
Kettlebells are available for participants to use, but you can also bring your own.
