Health Mixtape 12pm - build fitness, aimed at ages 65+

Strength Express 6.30pm - learn the fundamental weights moves needed to build a stronger body

Total Strength 7.00pm - upper body, lower body & core using weights

Fitness Pilates 7.45pm - back to basics focusing on back, glutes & core

TUESDAY

Fitness Pilates with Weights 9.15am - 6 week core & back strength course - limited space available

WEDNESDAY

Health Strength & Stretch 11.30am - build strength & improve mobility, aimed at ages 65+

Strength PLUS 7.30pm - upper body, lower body & core using a mix of weights and Fitness Pilates

THURSDAY

Fitness Pilates with Weights 9.15am - 6 week core & back strength course - fully booked

SATURDAY

STRONG 8.15am **ONLINE** - small group weights session on zoom designed to build strength quickly

Fitness Pilates Intervals 9.30am - back to basics focusing on back, glutes & core

Mixtape 10.00am - A unique mixture of fitness, strength, core and Fitness Pilates all choreographed to music
